Paradigm to implement a new financial system for
consolidation. Data extracts from 10 distinct transactional
systems (both foreign and domestic) were automated monthly
to support detailed financial reporting and analysis. Retail Client engaged Paradigm to build out their financial consolidation application. This was centered on financial consolidation from two distinct ledgers. We were able to integrate their existing Excel reporting approach at the same time we built out a system with integration back to their source ledger systems. The approach also incorporated process for budgeting & forecasting.
One of the nation’s largest financial services organizations wanted to improve the effectiveness of its outbound efforts. Drawing key metrics from a variety of internal systems, a new performance management system was created to improve focus on customer interactions, particularly cross selling opportunities. With a renewed focus, customer interactions increased six-fold while the cross sales rate increased by an order of magnitude. The net result was smaller and more focused campaigns.
